The DeSales University Conference Services Department schedules and assists in facilitating upwards of 1,000 varied campus events throughout the calendar year. Comprised of three full-time professional staff and numerous part-time staff members, it is the mission of the DeSales University Conference Services Department to provide the University community and our guests with services, facilities, technology, and staff that will enable a unique and stimulating dining, conference, educational, or special event experience. We strive to provide superior customer service in the Salesian spirit of love and respect and perceive our work as an extension of the University's mission to enrich the human community and enhance the dignity of the individual.

From intimate meeting rooms and flex spaces, to a 20,000 square foot field house, our facilities provide stylish options for a variety of functions. Outdoor tented events are also available upon request.
Business Meetings to Large Social Events
Our 7,520 square foot conference center is well equipped to accommodate a variety of events ranging from 10 to 650 guests.
